Please note that personalized, customized, or made-to-order items are non-returnable, unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Because these products are specially made, they cannot be resold.

If you receive a defective or incorrect item from our end, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos and your order details. After review, we will arrange a replacement or provide a full refund at no additional cost to you.

If you decide to return an item because you changed your mind, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery, as Cheznousshop is not responsible for items lost during return transit.

Once your returned item is received by Cheznousshop, our team will carefully inspect it to ensure it meets the return requirements. After inspection, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
